A. Payment methods:

ΙΙΙ. Pick up by yourself::

If you collect the goods yourself, we will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receipt of this email, the buyer can pick up the goods by appointment with the seller at the following address: modeherz GmbH Carl-Zeiss-Str. 10, 72793 Pfullingen Germany. Of course, no shipping costs will be charged in this case.

B. Delivery:

1. Depending on the size of your order, the goods will be sent by DHL or Deutsche Post Brief.

2. We ship by default only to the countries listed below. The respective shipping costs can be seen in the table below. If you wish to have your order shipped to another country, please send us an e-mail to info@modeherz.de and tell us the item with the quantity and the delivery address with the country and the corresponding postal code. We will then inform you at short notice whether we can also ship to the desired country and, if necessary, inform you of the shipping costs, since we must inquire about the shipping option and costs in advance with our shipping partner. If shipping to other countries is possible, please ask at info@modeherz.de.

C. Shipping costs::

Ι. Shipping within Germany:

For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3,90 Euro per order. From a gross order value of 25,00 Euro we ship carriage free.

ΙΙ. Shipping abroad:

Please note that in the case of cross-border deliveries, additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-community purchase) and/or duties, e.g. in the form of customs duties, may be incurred and are to be borne by you.

D. Delivery times:

Information on delivery times:

If you order several items from us in one order, for which different delivery times apply, we will send the goods in one joint shipment, unless we have agreed otherwise with you. In this case, the total delivery time for the shipment of goods will be the delivery time that applies to the item in your order with the longest delivery time.

Information on the calculation of the delivery date:

In case of payment in advance, the delivery period shall begin on the day after the payment order has been issued to the remitting bank or, in case of other payment methods, on the day after the conclusion of the contract and shall end with the expiry of the last day of the period. If the last day of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday or a general holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, the next working day shall take the place of such day.

Ι. Delivery times national:

We ship immediately on the day after the payment order is issued to the remitting bank or the day after the contract is concluded. The delivery time of a package is one to two working days. There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Should an item not be in stock or not be available immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.

There is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays. Should an item not be in stock or not be available immediately and the delivery time is extended accordingly, this will be indicated separately on the respective product page.
